400g raw beetroot, peeled, coarsely grated.

- Vegan mozzarella ;
- Pan fried fresh tomatoes in a pinch of olive oil;
- Chopped pan fried walnuts (just till they get a bit roasted);
- A bit of olive oil for drizzle and a pinch of basil for decoration.

What Does Lychee Taste Like?
